Helping people “connect the dots” to live healthier lives, and lower the costs of health care. Saginaw Pathways to Better Health is here to make life easier. We help people “connect the dots” to the services they need most – like transportation, housing and food assistance – while helping them to better understand and manage chronic health conditions. Our services are free to people who qualify.

Home Visiting – make the family connection. Parenting can be tough. Sometimes parents just need some good advice. That’s where Home Visiting can help. Home visiting programs are available to expectant mothers and families with children from birth to age five. During scheduled home visits, we’ll answer questions and share topics based on family needs. All at no cost to those who qualify.
