Community Access to Home Visiting

Home Visiting – a healthy start for kids … and families.

Being a parent doesn’t come with instructions. But Home Visiting services might be the next best thing. Home Visiting programs are available to expectant mothers and families with children from birth to age five. During scheduled home visits, we’ll answer your questions and share topics based on your family’s needs, such as:

  • A healthy pregnancy
  • Positive parenting
  • Health and nutrition
  • Child growth and development
  • Healthy moms and babies
  • School readiness
  • And more

The Saginaw Community Care HUB will help you find the right Home Visiting program.

  • Expectant mothers or parent/guardians of children birth to age five can email or call the Saginaw Community Care HUB – 989.498.2266 – to access Home Visiting
  • A HUB Home Visiting Specialist will talk with you to help you choose the right Home Visiting program and will connect you to that program
  • After making the contact for you, the HUB will follow up to make sure you have been successfully connected and have started receiving services

Find out if you qualify for Home Visiting services. All you need to do is make one call, and make a difference for your child, your family, and for you.
